PRIMOZ KOKOT
Founder & CEO
Primož Kokot, born in 1993, holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. As the owner and director, he has received multiple awards for exceptional business leadership and for fostering a socially responsible enterprise.
Under his leadership, the company is committed to adhering to the sustainability goals outlined by the United Nations.
His passion lies in financial management and optimizing company processes at every level. In addition to his academic achievements and professional accolades, Primož Kokot is the founder of FlawlessCode, where he has driven its growth and led market expansion, particularly across EU markets. In his free time, he enjoys running and playing basketball.
doc. dr. TOMAZ KOKOT
Executive Director
Tomaž Kokot, born in 1988, holds a PhD in Project Management and serves as the Executive director of FlawlessCode. He has authored several scientific articles published in international journals, primarily focusing on project management in software development. Additionally, he is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. At the university level, he teaches the course Planning and Development of Web Solutions for Businesses, which keeps him closely connected to top-performing students and the latest technological trends.
Beyond his academic and professional achievements, Tomaž Kokot has extensive experience in the ICT sector and public services. He has held prominent roles, including serving as the General Director of Post Slovenia, overseeing 8,000 employees, 18 subsidiary companies across 9 countries, and managing an annual turnover of 500 million EUR. His research interests include management, human resources, and the implementation of new and digital services across various fields.
Tomaž is married and the father of three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in nature and reading books.
